The small but charming TimmenKoje App. 290 on the 23rd floor has everything you could want for a romantic getaway.
The bright and spacious living area features a cozy pull-out sofa facing the flat-screen TV, as well as a dining area that seats up to 3 people. From there, you step out onto the furnished west-facing balcony, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the forests all the way to the Baltic Sea.
The cozy fold-down bed (180 cm wide) can be folded away in a flash (including bedding), creating a spacious living area.
The open kitchenette is equipped with an oven, stove, and microwave and offers everything you need to prepare a delicious breakfast or dinner.
The bathroom features a bathtub with a glass shower enclosure.
The beautiful Baltic Sea, with its kilometers-long sandy beach, as well as the town center with all its cafés, restaurants, and shopping options, are within walking distance.
Perched on a hill in a quiet, idyllic setting, the building complex includes an adjacent club hotel, whose diverse recreational facilities are also accessible to residence guests and available for an additional fee. Sports enthusiasts can work out in the fitness center, swim in the indoor or outdoor pools (each 12 x 25 m), or play on one of the four tennis courts (two indoor, two outdoor). Four skittles lanes and two bowling lanes, foosball, pool tables, darts, and a small outdoor go-kart track offer fun for the whole family.
For those seeking relaxation, the sauna and pool area, as well as a beauty salon, provide ample opportunities for rest and relaxation.

Parking Information
To load and unload your luggage, you may stop in the drop-off zone in front of the entrance area, load your luggage onto luggage carts, and take the elevator to your vacation apartment.
You can park in the paid underground garage (daily pass: €19) or in the large parking lot at the Ice Sports and Tennis Center. This is located down the street, about a 700-meter walk. A day pass costs €12 during the summer season (April 1–October 31) and €6 during the winter season.
The vacation rental offers our guests free Wi-Fi during their stay.
Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can rent them for a fee for the duration of your stay.
Dogs are permitted for a fee, provided you register in advance.
