About this apartment rental
Bed linens and towels can be booked in advance for an additional fee. The visitor’s tax is not included in the rental price and will be listed in the booking confirmation from Böbs Appartements. Full payment must be made in advance via bank transfer; for bookings made up to 4 days before arrival, please also send a screenshot via email or WhatsApp.
Location
Located at the end of the beach promenade in Timmendorfer Strand, the bright and light-filled “Traumsonne” vacation apartment is situated in the direction of the Ostsee-Therme Scharbeutz. It’s only about 50 meters to the beautiful sandy beach. You just need to cross Strandallee once; the beach access is right across the street. It takes about 10–15 minutes to walk to the market square and the center of Timmendorfer Strand, with its many restaurants and shops. The supermarkets are about a 5-minute drive away. The Ostsee-Therme Scharbeutz is about 300 meters away.

On the 3rd floor, you’ll find this stunning “Traumsonne” penthouse for 3 people, featuring a rooftop terrace and a side view of the sea. The Timmendorfer Strand vacation rental is very modern and thoughtfully furnished. The living room is furnished with a cozy and comfortable sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, an electric fireplace, and a spacious dining area. The adjoining kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a kettle—there is no dishwasher.
The bedroom features a large double bed (160x200 cm) with hypoallergenic mattresses. There is only a curtain separating the living room and bedroom; there is no door. To ensure you get a restful night’s sleep, the bedrooms in the vacation rental can be darkened.[nbsp][nbsp]The bathroom features a modern sink and a shower.
The wraparound rooftop terrace with a seating area and a side view of the sea rounds out this beautiful vacation home in Timmendorfer Strand on the Baltic Sea.
