Reception staff were particularly pleasant and helpful - with restaurant recommendations, directions, and addressing an error I'd made when I reserved.
Rooms are quite small, but we knew that in advance. Not a problem.

Breakfast was good. Lots of options.
Bed was a bit hard but sheets were nice.

Hotel has a very pleasant lobby, sitting and garden areas upon entrance. The rooftop terrace is simply lovely and our room was very nice. The hotel is nicely situated and all of the restroom/bathroom areas are well maintained.
The beds and pillows are very firm. If you prefer a softer bed, beware.

Balcony very small. No view. Dangerous step down to bathroom area. Long walk from centre. Air conditioning very noisy.
