The room and facilities in general, were impeccably clean and well maintained.
The location was well situated and we were able to walk to and from the train station easily and explore the city center.
The air conditioning could have been better. The room was very warm when we checked in and it took a long time to cool it down. We did open the windows but the street noise was too loud, so we had to keep the windows closed in order to sleep.

Great place. We had booked the largest room and, yes, it was very spacious, with a lovely side view of the main town square. The windows are well insulated: with them open while getting ready to go out, we could enjoy the atmosphere of the town and listen to the music from the square. At night, with the windows closed, we couldn't hear a thing.
Casa Isolani is not a traditional hotel with a permanent reception desk. However, communication was excellent, and they made sure that a member of staff was there both at check-in and check-out. Nor does the property have its own restaurant. Instead, we received vouchers for breakfast at a typical Italian café just across the entrance. So, rather than a lavish breakfast buffet, we enjoyed a coffee and a pastry or croissant alongside the locals before they headed off to their shops and offices.

Room size was good and the bathroom was large. A good shower. Location was very good in the Piazza Maggiore.
Almost no contact with staff, only at check in. So essentially only rented a room for 3 nights. Room was very warm in late October and only was to cool it down was to open the windows and hear the loud street noise below.
To get to the apartment, had to go through 4 locked areas, a bit cumbersome.
Breakfast included but not ideal, had to go across the street to a small cafe for only coffee, Juice, and a pastry.
