Great location in the heart of Bologna. Friendly staff and left luggage. Nice little terrace.
Shame the canal had dried up so not as scenic as pics. The bed was a bit soft for me.

The service staff was very attentive and accommodating. The late check-in was very convenient and the taxi problem was quickly resolved when it arose.

The property was centrally located and the staff was very helpful.
The carpets showed a bit of wear, but that’s all. Not a big deal at all.

The location is great
There was no indication on the listings that some rooms are directly off the entrance corridor. If they don’t want this on the general listing, it should at least be listed under specific room detail. The reception desk was directly outside my door which is fine if you don’t plan to be at the hotel during the hours the reception is staffed but not great if you need a rest during the day. The staff seems to be mindful of this but other guests checking in and checking out early next morning are obviously oblivious to the paper thin wall between the check in desk and a bedroom.
