Very good staff who all speak English. A good breakfast.
No ground level windows in the bedroom. Small bedrooms although good sized bed.

Excellent hotel, close enough to the centre to be well placed but far enough away to have an atmosphere of its own.
The hotel rooms were very particular, with interesting decor, very confy, very clean, an excellent breakfast and friendly, helpful staff.
Excellent bars and restaurants close by and an interesting neighbourhood in which to stroll
Doors etc seemed à bit utilitarian, but that's looking for issues of which there are few...

Nice quiet area, with a “real Italy “ feel
Good sized room
I’m being quite fussy, the felt claustrophobic as no windows to see out of, breakfast was very basic. Room facilities basic, had to ask for the air conditioning remote control

Location is fantastic and the rooms are quiet. Breakfast is very good
The fridge did not work without offer to remedy and the air-conditioning was inadequate making it very hot sleeping on the mezzanine. Apart from one staff member on reception and the lovely breakfast time, we found the others to be surely and unhelpful. The plumbing needs serious attention ion both in the rooms and in the disabled lavatory in the reception area.

"My husband and I were delighted with the building. It used to be a convent from the 1300 ‘s. How cool is it?
Part of Bologna’s history"
