Vacation Apartment 15-7 in the Papillon vacation complex is a 4-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.

This spacious and child-friendly 4-room apartment, featuring a furnished south-facing balcony, is located on the 1st floor of Building 15 and is accessible via an exterior staircase. Spanning approximately 70 m² of living space spread over two levels, the apartment features a living and dining area, three separate bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The distance to the beach from the Papillon vacation village is about 250 m.

You can access the furnished south-facing balcony with a view of the greenery from the living area. The living room is furnished with a comfortable corner sofa bed (120 x 190 cm). For entertainment, you’ll find a stereo system, a large, high-quality Loewe flat-screen TV with a hard-disk recorder, and a DVD player. An interior staircase leads you to the attic, which features two bedrooms.

In addition to the spacious dining area in the living room, the tastefully designed kitchenette includes a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a blender. The apartment has laminate flooring.

The bedroom on the first floor is furnished with two single beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. Both bedrooms in the attic are furnished with one double bed each (2 x 90 x 200 cm and 2 x 80 x 200 cm) as well as a wardrobe. Curtains and roller shades are provided on the windows for blackout purposes. A travel crib is provided in the apartment.

The spacious shower room with two sinks has a separate toilet. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. Guests have access to two bicycles (subject to availability) in the building’s basement, one of which has a child seat, as well as a children’s bicycle (18 inches). In addition, for our younger guests, there is a high chair, a beach-ready stroller, a Bobby Car, a toy excavator, and beach shovels.

In House 15, free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available. Coin-operated washers and dryers can be used in the basement of the building. Outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the house. The complex includes a small playground.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them for a fee (unmade). One parking space is available for this vacation rental. You can park additional vehicles in the public, paid parking lots in town.

The Papillon vacation village, located in a quiet yet central spot on the outskirts of Boltenhagen’s town center, invites you to enjoy a cozy vacation. The beach is about 250 m away.

Children are warmly welcome in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandbox, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has a free parking space for your car right next to the house.

Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon vacation resort. On the first floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bicycle parking space or a bicycle storage room.
