This 3-room apartment on the 1st floor in the Redewisch neighborhood offers the perfect setting for a relaxing family vacation. The breathtaking view of the Mecklenburg countryside is, of course, beautiful.
Amenities
This 3-room vacation apartment is located on the first floor, spans two living levels, and offers not only ample amenities but also a magnificent view of the countryside. This accommodations are ideal for up to four adults or families with older children who want to spend the best time of the year together.
In the open-concept living/dining area on the lower level, satellite TV and a stereo system are part of the standard amenities. From here, you can also step out onto the furnished balcony with a magnificent view of the countryside.
The well-equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It features a convenient dishwasher, as well as a microwave and a stove with an induction cooktop and oven.
The bright and inviting bathroom includes a bathtub and toilet.
The spacious vacation apartment also has two separate bedrooms: the one on the lower level is furnished with a double bed, and the second—in the attic—is furnished with two single beds.
Furthermore, on the second level, there is an open sleeping loft with a single bed and a pull-out bed, offering an even more ideal sleeping arrangement.
You can access the second level via a space-saving staircase (not suitable for small children, no stair gate)!

This is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony.
Families with older children or long-term guests will especially appreciate the washing machine in the basement, which is available free of charge.

Dear guests, please understand that we cannot accept any liability or cover the costs of any necessary repairs or the rental of replacement equipment for the handcart provided if it is defective, does not meet your expectations, or is currently unavailable. The handcart is offered as a bonus, and if something breaks, we’ll need at least one week to repair the damage or even find a replacement.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information
The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
Dear guests, please note that during the high season from July 1 through August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. Upon presentation of a disability ID card, you will receive a discount.
