This is without doubt my favourite hotel in Prague (and Ive stayed in most of them over last 7 years !)
Big rooms, good wifi (if you're working away its over 100/100 up and down), good shower, modern, clean, staff are great, coffee is great downstairs and the staff are very charming, helpful and polite.
The area is QUIET AT NIGHT (if it's your first time in Prague keep an eye on the area you're staying in, this one is great) and I suspect the rooms are soundproofed. Air conditioning, lifts, fully wheel chair accessible, basic gym, plenty of bigger gyms nearby if you need them. 4 mins Walking distance to the river. 22 minutes walk to Wenceslas Square. Restaurants, walks all nearby.
Nothing this hotel ticks all the boxes for me.

This hotel is within walking distance of everything important, but in a very calm neighborhood. The facilities are modern. Our room was super spacious and had everything we needed for a two-night stay. The restaurant bar served good drinks.
The hallways are deceivingly old-looking. But the hotel is in good condition overall, with modern rooms and a modern reception and restaurant.

Breakfast was good.
The WiFi was a bit spotty in the evenings.
The hotel was close to the trains, so accessibility to the city center was good.
Stayed for two nights and the room was not cleaned. Also, I was charged some tax fees during check out. I was only informed of the taxes during check out.
