The room was modern and very clean with a great bathroom and comfy bed. The reception staff were welcoming but he young breakfast staff that were on at the weekend were extreamly rude and abrupt. The breakfast offering was suficiant with a mix of hot and cold, cooked or continental options. The location is a short 10min walk from the number 22 Tram stop that will take you into central Prague.
The young breakfast staff on at the weekend let the hotel down with a lack of guest focus, not clearing tables and abrupt attatude.

The best thing hotel had was location, it is near to the center and probably everything else, most importantly metro and bus stations.
It is not clean, it looks like it is but bathroom was not deep cleaned and I went to the room right after cleaners came out, I was so disappointed. The breakfast was also hard to eat because I didn’t know how clean the plates and cups were(didn’t look like good).
