Hotel was good location. Good facilities, with massages and spa available. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Hotel bar was lovely to relax in with pots of popcorn as complimentary snacks with drinks. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

It’s a stunning designer hotel in good central location. Close to tram stops to get around.
Usually stay across the river but has been in several times for drinks and food so decided to try it out.
I only have tiny issues. One for a hotel of this price range only providing 2 coffee pods for machine seems petty. 4 would be good at least.
I did ask for more at reception and they managed to find a couple of odd ones but you should not need to ask.
The other issue I had was the room was very nicely decorated but has huge lamp shade which stuck out well over the bedside table and so for first couple of nights all I did was bump my head on it s even though looked nice not very practical
