Welcome to your oasis of well-being! Our apartment, which underwent a complete renovation in 2025, features modern design and the highest level of comfort. The bathroom has an elegant walk-in shower—ideal for a refreshing start to the day.
The brand-new kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: Equipped with a microwave, induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and all the necessary dishes, nothing stands in the way of a relaxing cooking and dining experience.
Restful nights are guaranteed by our high-quality box-spring bed (180 cm) and the Flexa sleeper sofa with reclining function (sleeping area 140 x 200 cm)—perfect for families or guests.
For entertainment and digital conveniences, enjoy free Wi-Fi, a Philips 55 OLED Smart TV with Ambilight, and a Netflix account.
Convenient: A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement for a coin-operated fee.

On-site fees: The total cost of your booking must be paid 30 days before arrival. You will receive a payment request from your host. Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival; 14–7 days: 50% of the total cost; 7 days or less: 100% of the total cost. Check-in from 2:00 p.m., check-out by 10:00 a.m.; other times by arrangement. Keys will be handed over in person. Pets are not allowed. Tourist tax: €1.80 per person per night (ages 6–15: €0.80), payable on site. Washer/dryer available for a coin fee.
