About this apartment rental
The vacation rental is located in a four-unit building that warmly welcomes all guests. The building is situated in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood of Oy-Mittelberg and therefore offers peace and relaxation. The building was completely rebuilt in 2022 and meets the latest standards. It features a lovely garden for shared use. Thanks to the spacious property, several free parking spaces are available. A nest swing and a zip line are also available for guests to use at their leisure. The distance to the center of Oy-Mittelberg is approximately 1 km, and it can be reached quickly and easily by car, on foot, or by bike.
Alpennest Vacation Rental:
The 61 m² vacation apartment is generously sized and offers plenty of space to relax.
The apartment features 1 bedroom with a double bed (box spring), 1 open-concept kitchen with an adjoining living/dining area, 1 bathroom, and a west-facing balcony. The balcony is equipped with a table, chairs, and a parasol.
The living room has a sleeper sofa that can be pulled out if needed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. In addition, we provide tea, coffee pods, as well as cooking and cleaning utensils.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, towel rack, storage space, and a hair dryer. We provide hand towels and bath towels. Bed linens are provided.
The bedroom and living room have electric blinds. The apartment is controlled via smart light switches.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and offers a great view in a quiet location.
On-site fees: A 100% prepayment will be charged after booking. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is available between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site. A crib or rollaway bed can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed. The tourist tax of €1.40 per person per night for adults and €0.80 per person per night for children will be charged on-site. Additional fees: A wallbox can be used to charge an electric car for a fee.
