About this apartment rental
The newly renovated vacation rental is located in an apartment building in the heart of Oy-Mittelberg. The building is situated right next to the old spa park in Oy. Thanks to the train station right next door, you can easily reach your destinations by train or bus (and in some cases, even for free with the Königscard). Shops for daily necessities (Penny, Feneberg Pharmacy, bakery, doctor’s office, etc.) are all within a few minutes’ walk. The building has a large parking lot that you can use for free. We also have a storage area in the building for your bicycles or skis. Feel free to use our in-house swimming pool (swim caps required).
Bergzeit Vacation Rental:
Enjoy a wonderful vacation in our completely renovated BERGZEIT vacation apartment, which features its own heated swimming pool. Our first-floor apartment is wheelchair-accessible via the elevator. A small hallway with a coat closet leads to the compact bathroom, which features a large rain shower. The living room is furnished with a dining table and a couch (a sleeper sofa with a sleeping area measuring 1.20 x 2.00 m). Both the living room and the bedroom are equipped with LED TVs offering HD programming via the Magenta app. The bedroom is furnished with a 1.80-meter bed, a large wardrobe, and space for an extra bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher and a washing machine.
The terrace, which is over 20 square meters, is furnished with 2 lounge chairs and a table for 4 people and offers a beautiful view of the garden.
On-site fees: Payment must be made in advance via bank transfer or in cash upon arrival. A deposit of 100€ is due within 10 days of booking. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are available upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. Two cribs and one rollaway bed can be provided upon request (free of charge). The visitor’s tax of €1.80 per person (ages 17 and older) per night and €1.00 per child (ages 6–16) per night will be charged separately on site. Included in the base price: Königscard, AllgäuWalserCard, a set of bed linens and towels, use of the on-site swimming pool, dry storage for bicycles, parking, use of the on-site ping-pong table, final cleaning, and Wi-Fi.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 6:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00.
