About this apartment rental
This modern, family-friendly vacation rental (with a separate entrance) is located in the spa town of Oy-Mittelberg in a new development and was completed in 2021.
The house was built using eco-friendly solid wood construction methods and features underfloor heating as well as a decentralized ventilation system.
In the spacious living/dining area, you can comfortably cook together or relax after a strenuous day on the slopes.
In the summer, you can enjoy the view of the mountains from your own garden.
There are a total of three sleeping spots (a double bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed for 1 person/child in the living room); we’d be happy to provide a rollaway bed for the bedroom.
We’re happy to help you find suitable leisure and sports activities; upon request, a bike GPS with various MTB tours is also available.
Towels, bed linens, toilet paper, and a welcome package with regional specialties are included in the price.
The visitor’s tax for the municipality of Oy-Mittelberg must be paid separately on site (see the Oy municipality’s visitor’s tax ordinance; currently 1.80 EUR/day for guests 16 and older, 1.00 EUR for guests aged 6–15; younger children are exempt).

Es war zwar eine kleine Wohnung aber für zwei Personen ausreichend.....zumal man auch noch eine Gartennutzung hat. Es war alles sauber und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Ausstattung wie in der Beschreibung vorhanden. Es waren freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und ich kann die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.
