This stunning penthouse is situated in a prime location in the heart of Timmendorfer Strand, high above the rooftops, just a stone’s throw from the Baltic Sea and the fine sandy beach. Timmendorfer Strand’s shopping promenade, with its many exclusive shops and venues[nbsp], is practically at your doorstep.[nbsp], Whether it’s a top-notch restaurant or a breakfast café, a beach lounge or an adventure playground, the beach or fantastic events—you’ll find everything a vacationer’s heart desires right here. By the way, fresh rolls and an Edeka supermarket are right next door.
The Penthouse Sun lives up to its name, offering bright, sunny rooms and three rooftop terraces surrounding the penthouse where you’ll find both sunny and shady spots from morning to night. Using the elevator—which you can access privately with your apartment key—you’ll arrive directly at the apartment’s entrance. This area is not accessible to other residents.
The heart of the apartment is the cozy kitchen-living room with an integrated dining area and access to the small, west-facing rooftop terrace. Here, you can enjoy the last rays of sunshine with a glass of wine while taking in the magnificent view of the spa gardens. The adjoining living area is furnished with two sofas, a TV, and a comfortable recliner. There are two separate bedrooms, both equipped with double beds (200x200 and 180x200), wardrobes with ample storage space, as well as blackout pleated blinds and additional blackout curtains.[nbsp] Bedroom 1 also features electrically adjustable slatted bed bases (200x200) and access to the large, south-facing rooftop terrace 2, which is furnished with garden furniture, a beach chair (for 1 person), and a small view of the sea. Bedroom 2, which has another TV, provides access to rooftop terrace 2, which faces northwest and also offers a small view of the sea. The spacious bathroom features a bathtub, shower, sink, and a washer-dryer combo. A separate guest restroom is also available. Wi-Fi is, of course, available for free use.
A designated underground parking space is included with the penthouse. The elevator is located next to the parking space, so vacation luggage can be conveniently transported to the apartment in just a few steps. A lockable bike storage room with charging stations for e-bikes is available exclusively to guests of the penthouse.
