The exclusive Deck 1 vacation apartment is situated in a prime location in the heart of Timmendorfer Strand, yet in a quiet area just a 3-minute walk from the Baltic Sea and the fine sandy beach. Timmendorfer Strand’s shopping promenade, with a variety of exclusive shops and venues[nbsp], is practically right outside the door.[nbsp], Whether it’s top-notch restaurants or breakfast cafes, a beach lounge or an adventure playground, the beach or fantastic events—everything a vacationer could wish for is right here in the immediate vicinity.
Deck 1 is located on the first floor of a vacation home with only 2 apartments and offers 90 square meters of living space—enough room for 4 people to enjoy a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation. The high-quality, extremely tasteful Hampton-style furnishings create a wonderful, inviting atmosphere, while large, floor-to-ceiling windows ensure the rooms are flooded with light. There are two separate bedrooms, each equipped with box-spring beds, blackout pleated blinds, spacious closets, and a TV, as well as two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers, vanities, toilets, and windows. The centerpiece of the apartment is the spacious living area with comfortable sofas and a magnificent view of the beautifully landscaped garden. The adjoining dining area is set up for 4 people, and the open-concept kitchen is, of course, fully equipped. The outdoor area features a 25-square-meter terrace (south-facing), equipped with[nbsp] 2 beach chairs and patio furniture,[nbsp] as well as the lovingly designed garden area with a large pond, goldfish, grasses, and bamboo, is a special highlight and is guaranteed to become your favorite spot at any time of day. As enchanting as the pond area is, it could pose a danger, especially to small children. The washing machine is located in a separate room inside the apartment. Wi-Fi is, of course, available for free use. Bicycle racks are located in front of the entrance. A designated underground parking space (2 m wide entrance) is included with the apartment.
