Vacation Rental ZK/07 at the “Zaunkönig” resort is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.
Completely renovated and modernized in 2023, this vacation rental offers 34 square meters of living space on the first floor. You’ll find an open-concept living area with a kitchenette and dining area, an adjoining terrace, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is only about 600 meters away.
In the living area, a cozy sofa and a smart TV invite you to enjoy relaxing evenings watching TV. You’ll also have access to your own free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) and a radio with a CD player. The double sofa bed (170 x 200 cm) in the living room can be converted in just a few simple steps into a comfortable sleeping area with a full-size mattress for two people. The dining area is integrated into the living area and offers plenty of space for shared meals.
The modern kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and an egg cooker. The kitchen is complemented by a built-in microwave and a dishwasher.
You’ll find relaxation in the vacation rental’s bedroom. A box-spring bed (160 x 200 cm) awaits you. There is also a second flat-screen TV (without a TV connection). You can store your vacation clothes in the closet. Blackout pleated blinds are installed on the windows throughout the entire vacation rental.
The bathroom has a modern design and features a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a lighted mirror. The apartment has designer flooring; the shower area is tiled.
