Villa Scharbeutz is located across from the spa park, close to the city center. The elegant, sunny SeaTime apartment is on the mezzanine level. Just a short walk to the beach. The Dünenmeile, with its numerous cafés, restaurants, and shops, is within a few minutes’ walk. Fresh rolls in the morning—the bakery is just a few steps away.

The 2-room vacation apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows. All windows have light and privacy screens as well as exterior roller shutters. The high-quality Nobilia built-in kitchen in the living-dining area is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired; kitchen island with a raised oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee maker with a thermos, Senseo coffee maker, Senseo milk frother, egg cooker, blender, toaster, and electric kettle. The living area is furnished with a high-quality sofa, a coffee table, a swivel-mounted Smart TV, and a dining area. From the living area, you can step out onto the beautiful, covered southeast-facing balcony, where a table and chairs are provided. The bedroom is furnished with a high-quality Nolte bed set (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and individual Schlaraffia mattresses in firmness levels H2 and H3. There is also a wardrobe, two nightstands, and a wall-mounted TV. Are you used to sleeping in the dark? No problem—electric exterior shutters are available for your use. The bright, airy bathroom features a walk-in shower with a rain showerhead, a separate handheld showerhead, a heated towel rack, a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, and a bathroom Wi-Fi radio. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating.
