Modern 2-room apartment in Scharbeutz, on the 1st floor with a west-facing balcony, in an attractive location right next to the newly redesigned spa park. You’re just 400 m away from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach and the new Dünenmeile.
The apartment is also easily accessible by elevator from the underground parking garage. The building’s entrance area is wheelchair-accessible.
The bright and airy apartment features very modern and high-quality furnishings. The furnishings were selected with great attention to detail. The spacious living-dining area features a large kitchenette. In addition to a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven with grill, and a microwave, a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment, as well as a toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle by designer Russell Hobbs, plus an extensive selection of dishes, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils, a Nespresso capsule machine, and an egg cooker.
