The Baltic Sea, the kilometer-long sandy beach, and the lively town center are all just a few minutes’ walk away. Timmendorfer’s promenade, with its diverse array of restaurants and select shops, invites you to stroll and linger.
This stunning penthouse guarantees a high standard of living in a magnificent setting and offers every comfort across 100 square meters of living space for 4 people. The penthouse is located on the 2nd floor and features two separate bedrooms with box-spring beds (180x200), TVs, and pleated blinds to dim the rooms (not complete blackout), as well as two exclusive en-suite bathrooms with natural light and walk-in showers. The exceptionally spacious living area, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the south-facing balcony, is furnished with an XXL sofa and a TV. Wi-Fi is, of course, available for free use. The adjoining dining area, furnished with a dining table, chairs, and a sofa, invites you to enjoy cozy get-togethers, and the state-of-the-art kitchen-dining area is, of course, fully equipped. You can relax in the sauna integrated into the bathroom any time of year.
