About this apartment rental
The beautiful luxury apartment 0.03 is located on the first floor of the "White Pearl" and accommodates 4 people in 51 m² with an open-concept bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living area.
You’ll find an open, well-equipped kitchenette with an adjoining dining area. There is also a modern bathroom with a shower. The open living and dining area is complemented by a comfortable sofa that sleeps 2 people. The separate bedroom, featuring a double box-spring bed, is separated by sliding slatted doors.
A highlight of the apartment is the covered west-facing balcony, which allows for relaxing moments in the fresh air! The apartment includes an outdoor parking space.
Complex:
The White Pearl has been open since July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been standing since 1994. In 2018–2019, it was completely gutted, stripped down to the shell, and fully renovated.
The result is a first-class vacation property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square meters, spread across a basement with underground parking, the first floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.
The underground parking garage is accessed via the street "An der Waldkapelle"; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical outlet. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via "Strandallee."
Our reception desk, where guests can check in and access the concierge service, is located at the main entrance on the first floor.
Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, which are equipped with privacy screens to ensure privacy.
Some of the ground-floor apartments, which face south, are duplexes with sleeping areas located in the lower level and access to south-facing terraces.
Some of the apartments are designed to be barrier-free. These are located in the new addition and on the penthouse level. The basement also features a bicycle storage room, a laundry room, and trash storage areas for the apartments.
Beach access is located diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street. The distance from the complex to the beach is approximately 150 m.

Tolles Haus, tolles Appartement! Die Einrichtung ist modern und gemütlich, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Strand ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen und auch im Ortkern ist man in ein paar Minuten. Ich habe mich im White Pearl sehr wohl gefühlt und komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir haben Ende August für zwei Wochen im Apartmenthaus White Pearl Urlaub gemacht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist der Hammer – stets freundlich, für die kleinen „Problemchen“ der Anfangsphase immer ein offenes Ohr und zu jeder Zeit sehr aufmerksam. Unser gebuchtes Apartment (0.05) war bei unserer Ankunft gegen 13 Uhr bereits beziehbar, so dass wir unseren Nachwuchs wie vorab telefonisch angefragt rechtzeitig zum Mittagsschlaf betten konnten. Dafür nochmal vielen Dank
