Just a few minutes' walk from the Baltic Sea, luxury apartment 3.11 is located on the 3rd floor of the "White Pearl" and offers 71 m² of space for up to 4 people. There is a separate bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living area that sleeps two people.
A fully equipped kitchen with a dining nook in the living area awaits you. The open-concept living and dining area is complemented by an armchair and a sofa, which serves as a sleeping area for two people. The separate bedroom features a double box-spring bed and a flat-screen TV, and has access to the balcony. There is also a luxurious bathroom with a shower.
Highlights of the apartment include its own sauna (2.37 m x 1.19 m) and the furnished balcony with sun loungers, which invites you to relax and enjoy the fresh sea air! The apartment comes with an underground parking space.
Complex:
The White Pearl has been open since July 2019 in one of the best locations on Timmendorfer Strand! The building itself has been standing since 1994. In 2018–19, it was completely gutted, stripped down to the shell, and fully renovated.
The result is a first-class vacation property with 65 apartments ranging from 40 to 157 square meters, spread across a basement with underground parking, the first floor through the 3rd floor, and a penthouse level.
The underground parking garage is accessed via the street “An der Waldkapelle”; each parking space is equipped with a 220-volt electrical outlet. An additional 28 parking spaces are located in front of the complex, accessible via “Strandallee.”
Our reception desk, where guests can check in and access the concierge service, is located at the main entrance on the first floor.
Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace, which are equipped with privacy screens to ensure privacy.
Some of the ground-floor apartments, which face south, are duplexes with sleeping areas located in the lower level and access to south-facing terraces.
Some of the apartments are designed to be barrier-free. These are located in the new addition and on the staggered floor. The basement also features a bicycle storage room, a laundry room, and trash storage areas for the apartments.
Beach access is located diagonally across from the complex on the other side of the street. The distance from the complex to the beach is approximately 150 m.

Sehr geschmackvolle, gepflegte Anlage bzw. Wohnung mit gehobenem Standard in sehr guter, city-naher Lage.

Das App. 3.11 mit separatem Schlafzimmer ist sehr großzügig geschnitten. Auch die Balkonterrasse bietet viel Platz. Ab 12 Uhr bis zum frühen Abend scheint darauf die Sonne (wir waren Anfang August dort). Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wirklich tolle Unterkunft! Man hat zwar keinen Meerblick, aber das braucht man bei diesen charmanten und gepflegten Wohnungen dann auch nicht. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder
