The location was very conveniently located nearby the Ueno station, but also in short walking distance to many restaurants. We wish we had known earlier that there was an escalator from/to Ueno station which made it so much easier to carry around our luggage. But now knowing that, it would motivate us more to return to this hotel.
Actually, almost everything was excellent. We wished the property had a gym to work out and maybe the entrance area for outdoor shoes was a tiny bit bigger and not just sized to the door.

Location central to places we visited
Room make up should be at least every 2 days instead of 3 dats

Location is very good
Too small pillow for adult,
No chair in room, only sofa.
I have to do my make-up on the middle table together with the snacks.
