Love the location, the family room, dining table and onsen. The staff spoke English well, very friendly and polite.
The laundry room could've been better, especially the dryer.

Excellent view, nice lobby, great location and more space in the room than any of the other hotels we stayed in. We also loved the industrial level laundromat facilities.

Very quiet great noise cancelling in room. Air con is great, a beast! Good location close to train station and convenience stores.
Photos look good but in principal 2 mattresses on floor hard to get up not practical. Bathroom and toilet doors hitting off each other. No vanity mirror in bathroom. LED lights totally need to be dimmable - wayyyyy too bright. Toilet bathroom is wayyyyy too bright also and automated comes on at night. So if get up to use at 2am it comes on full power and kills your eyes.
