Great location, a 2-minute walk from a Seven-Eleven and Tawaramachi Station. Good family room with bunks for the kids and western beds for the adults. about 5-10 mins walk from Asakusa.
Not much. Was a nice comfortable hotel for our family whilst visiting Tokyo

The location didn't work for us as a vegetarian family in terms of finding good variety of veg restaurants
Location but that is on our part

Close to subway station and comfortable with nice view. Staff is generally helpful and pleasant.
Forgot passport and money in safe and was already in Kyoto when I found out. Person on the phone did not want to send it over to my hotel even if I ask to send them over on my dime so I had to go back and pick them up wasting valuable time and energy
