The room and bathroom were very clean
Very good location- the station is a two minute walk away, and there is direct connection to the centre via trains with AC.
The bed was comfortable
Nice, big towels
Overall, it was good, and we had chosen this room mainly for it's good reviews of cleanliness.
The room that we got wasn't near the main road, so it was quiet (you can hear people walking down the corridor, but no cars)
The reception works 9am-10pm
There was a weird smell in the corridors and room, it wasn't smelly, just a bit annoying, and we left the window open when we went out.
The bathroom door could've opened to the outside of the bathroom, not inside- it was really uncomfortable to enter the bathroom.
Not enough place to hang towels after shower.
The laundry room is very weird- you have to exit through a back door, which doesn't open from the outside, so you have to go around the building (via the main street), which wasn't very comfortable. It was fairly expensive too, and you don't get any detergent (which isn't mentioned when you pay for the laundry, only when you reach the laundry room), and the hotel doesn't allow you to use capsules, which is really inconvenient.
We got two cups and teaspoons. When we asked for we did get one plate and fork for two people, but it should be in the room since there is a microwave.

Decent apartment. Not far from the tube. Had everything you need.
No views and the rooftop bar was closed

The entrance was clean. The security was great, the public couldn't enter and go to the floors without excess. The train station was 3 mins away. The taxi service was 2 mins away, they were super helpful and courteous. Local shops like Pound store, restaurants, convenient stores were next door.
The bed was hard like rock. OMG I was not aware that there would be no housekeeping service unless I paid for it. I was not happy that the trash had stayed for 3 days and no clean towels. I purchased my own soap for showering which was fine, however, I wish that I was told in advance that their'll be no housekeeping service.

Very clean and exactly as described. Right beside the train station idea for commuters. AC was great. Shower was great and bed was very comfortable.
