The hotel is located quite far from central London, but you can reach the city centre by train in around 20–25 minutes and walk to Trafalgar Square or the Piccadilly Circus area.
The young man and woman who were there during our stay were extremely helpful and accommodating. They provided us with a hairdryer and clean towels, and on our last day, they allowed us to leave our luggage there before heading to the airport, which was greatly appreciated.
We also had breakfast one day for £5. It might not be the best option for every day, but it is convenient if you just want something quick to eat.
The main downside was the noise from other guests, who did not always respect the house rules late at night. The walls are very thin, so noise can be quite disturbing.
