On arrival there was a number of issues but by the following morning, every issue which included the changing of sheets, clean towels, fixing the shower and finding a portable heater was done with a high level of excellence which made my stay memorable.
Staff were very friendly and understood the essence of customer service and with two washing machines, a massive tumble dryer and two cookers, this place was perfect.
The only issue but it's not serious is the phone number on the booking wasn't accessible and I had to go through the portal. In essence a valid phone be it through text or WhatsApp is needed.
I highly rate this place and I definitely recommend it to others
