i really really liked the staff the wonderful lady at the date of my arrival around 3 to 4 pm and i decided to extend the next day and an amazing friendly receptionist called mohammad gave me and my friends an amazing price and gave us a complimentary upgrade for one room with no extra charge as there wasnt a third single room
its a little dirty i found some hairs and i found the bed a little uncomfortable lastly the pillow is way too flat to sleep on but otherwise it was amazing

The location was literally a stone throw from the tube station - Seven Kings - so it was easy to get everywhere. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.
