The “Ostseehoch 6” apartment accommodates up to 4 guests with its inviting, modern decor and beautiful views of the Baltic Sea from the living room and the balcony. It is located on the 6th floor of the Hanseat complex in Grömitz. You can take the elevator comfortably up to the 5th floor, and from there, a staircase leads you up to the 6th floor to your vacation home. The beach is approximately 300 m away.

The bright living area combines a cozy sofa corner with a TV and radio, as well as a dining area for four people. The sleeper sofa with a separate topper (140 x 200 cm) provides two additional sleeping spots. From the balcony, you can enjoy the view over the Grömitz dike and beach all the way to the sparkling Baltic Sea.
The open-concept kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator (no freezer), coffee maker, Nespresso machine, and air fryer.
In the separate bedroom, a double bed with two mattresses (each 90 x 200 cm) ensures restful nights. Both the bedroom and the living area can be darkened with double curtains. The bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet.
A shared laundry room with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer is available in the building. Bed linens and towels are not included and can be brought from home or rented for a fee. A high chair and a travel crib are included.
Up to two dogs are allowed to stay for an additional fee. The apartment is a non-smoking property.
A free parking space is available. You can store your own bicycles in the lockable bike storage room.
