Amazing location and views. Restaurant was the highlight for all of us! The views and food were incredible! Lovely chap serving at the bar and cafe. We enjoyed playing pool with our kids in the bar area.
Our family room was in an accessible room. The shower/wet room didn’t work for us with two young children. There wasn’t any information about booking an interconnecting room either but we were clearly in one so could’ve had that option if it had been offered.

The location was great, with easy access to the tubes, shops and restaurants.
- sofa beds were not made when checked in, notified the front desk and when we came back to the room after 9pm the bed was still not made. I had to get the bedding myself from reception and make the bed.
- WhatsApp messages are rarely responded to.

Clean room with good facilties
Lift sounds so loud they came through the door into the room - pinging all evening. Also i have asked several times for a copy invoice so i can reclaim expenses and still no reply. I was told contradictory information by the staff when checking in and when checking out.
