Nice apartment close in to everything we wanted to do in London. Easy to get the keys from the convenience store nearby. Kitchen stocked with everything but food to make breakfast each day.
The stairs were a little steep and I have knee problems. I think all the stairs in London are a little steep though.

The apartment was very clean. The housekeeping was outstanding.
I wish there was a separate entry to the apartment from outside. Going into the main building and going down to the basement wasn’t appealing.
The exterior of the windows could use a thorough cleaning.
