Good location, good host. This room is a NO if you're not single and plan to use the kitchen.
GOOD PARTS - The host was responsive and understanding. The location was great, peaceful neighborhood very close to Baker Street underground and Regent's Park. We found the keys easily with instructions from the host.
BAD PARTS - The room was extremely small. No place to open luggages at the same time, we constantly had to drag them aside to open the other. The bed was very small for a couple, and it was too soft for our taste. If you like soft beds where you want to squeeze with your partner, it may be to your liking. The room has a TV, a ventilator and an other device which i thought was a heater. We did not use any of them. There was a table and a single wheel chair in front of it. But there was also a small sofa between the table and the bed so it made it very difficult to use the table efficiently when we wanted to eat at the table. The bathroom was also very small and the water pressure was so low, it was difficult trying to rinse under that water. The room comes with a kitchenette which has enough amount of dining ware and cooking ware, a stovetop, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a small fridge. There was also a washing machine but we COULD NOT use it for the reasons I will explain further. The evening we checked into our room, we had some hard time carrying our bags upstairs which was a little more than 3 flights and last steps were really difficult to navigate with heavy bags. 5 or 10 minutes later we got into our room there was knocking, which i thought was on the door so i opened the door. There was noone. Later I found it was someone banging on the wall, from our next room/apartment. The first morning we woke up earyl as we had a reserved spot at Buckingham Palace at 9:30. I prepared some small breakfast before we went out. And I had to use the sink, stovetop, kettle and fridge while doing so, i believe naturally. And immediately there was banging on the wall. The kitchenette is located on the wall connecting to the next room/apartment.
We somehow finished eating and left for the day. When we were out waiting in line in Buckingham Palace, I got a message from our host related to noise levels. I immediately knew it was a complaint from whoever was next door. And I did my best to explain our circumstances and that it was not my fault that the building was not soundproof and even said sorry for something so ridiculous. Afterall why should I apologize for basically using the kitchen that comes with the room which I paid for. The host was very kind and understanding. However it did not make it any easy on us to deal with the constant bangings on the wall for the rest of our stay. Once, again while i was preparing some food, they banged on the wall SO HARD that the plates and glasses on the counter shook like there was an earthquake. I rushed to the door to see if someone has anything to say, like a normal, connecting humanbeing but there was noone, again. And then the banging stopped. It was very disrespectful and made our 3 night stay an absolute nightmare. We had to tiptoe in a room we PAID to stay. And hear me when I say this, please, we did our best not to make any noise even before we got a 'warning' from our host. Because we are not savages and even though we, too, heard some noises we did not bang on any walls. All in all, even though the host and the location were great, we are absolutely not going back there.

ok for short stays (not in the summer!)
It's in a good location if you're attending a Wembley concert (quick train connection), and a good walking distance to London's busy tourist areas. Quiet room. Communication with host was very efficient and quick.
Access only by stairs to what seemed like a fourth floor, this wasn't informed in advance. The shower was very old, hardly any pressure for water to come down. We stayed in a very hot weekend and the fan had no power at all, it was very hard to sleep, so wouldn't recommend staying during summer. The bed is a very small double bed, not ideal for couples.

Had a great stay. Good option for a short stay in London. Would choose it again.
Location is great! Close to tube/bus stations and very accessible. Many cafes and restaurants in the area. The studio is small but equipped with everything you might need for a short stay. The room was clean, but very warm (normal during summer).
Low water pressure in the bathroom. Wi-Fi did not work for two days during our stay.

Wonderful location, beautiful house, spotlessly clean and easy to access. You’ll love this place if you want to spend a night near Baker Street in a similar house to Sherlock Holmes’s. A great base for a short trip, everything is close via tubes. The view is also very nice of the rooftops of Marylebone.
On one of the hottest spring days in London we checked in the 32 celsius room and because the head of the bed blocks the window’s airflow, the situation did not improve much at night. If you ask them to keep a backpack there for a few hours before check in, the price is 2.5 times of any regular luggage store’s: 20 pounds.
