Exactly what we were after - great host and 100% would recommend and would use again.

Location was superb, Cost was fantastic, Property owner was lovely. This is a cheap london property, with a short walk to the underground station. You pay for what you get but would 100% recommend and use again on our next trip.

Property was clean, it was a little dated and run down but that certainly took nothing away from our stay. If you want high end - pay high end prices, if you want somewhere to lay your head at good value in a great location - this is your place!

Great value and location.

A fantastic location, clean and comfortable. The owners are planning to upgrade some of the quirks but given the location, cleanliness and overall facilities these did not detract from a great, good value stay.

Flat is a little tired but, as above, lucky to find great value accommodation so near Baker Street.

Call health and safety

Nothing. This is a filthy grubby underground dive. Seems unprepared for rental, should mark's on the floor walls etc...

Awful, spongy beds. Unsuitable for sleeping No TV like advertised This is not a garden spot, this is an underground hole. Hot tub....is a dirty bath Paint peeling off the walls in n the kitchen and elsewhere Nails sticking out of the walls Loose cables hanging of the walls Dirty, dirty, dirty We didn't stay, left to go elsewhere

Property was clean, it was a little dated and run down but that certainly took nothing away from our stay. If you want high end - pay high end prices, if you want somewhere to lay your head at good value in a great location - this is your place!
