Just a few meters from the white sandy beach and only about 1 km from the famous Heringsdorf pier—the landmark of the seaside resort of Heringsdorf—the historic Villa “Miramare” is situated in a very quiet location. The “Miramare” villa was one of the first guesthouses in the area as early as the turn of the century. With its luxurious elegance in the style of classic seaside resort architecture, its prime location, and its exceptionally comfortable vacation apartments, it will live up to this reputation and once again become one of the most prestigious properties in the imperial seaside resort.
This well-maintained vacation apartment combines the charm of an old villa with the comfort of a modern apartment. The approximately 53 m² apartment offers enough space for two to four people to enjoy a pleasant stay. What makes this apartment special are two enclosed loggias (with windows that open) offering a breathtaking view of the lake. (Please note that smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment, including the loggias.)
In the living area, you’ll find a cozy couch (mattress 145 x 200) with an armchair and a TV. The fully equipped kitchen—complete with a dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic cooktop, microwave, etc.—and a small counter with bar stools are also open-concept and integrated into the living area. The dining area in the adjacent loggia is perfect not only for shared meals. The unobstructed lake view keeps drawing guests back to this inviting spot. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed featuring separate mattresses (80 x 200) and a full-width topper, as well as ample closet space. The spacious bathroom features a shower, sink/toilet, and a washing machine. The garage parking space is located inside the house; bicycles can be stored in the basement.
