About this apartment rental
Apartment 07, measuring 59 m², is located on the 2nd floor, and what makes it truly special is the unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea from above through floor-to-ceiling windows. It features a large living area with an open, fully equipped kitchenette and dining area. The balcony also faces the Baltic Sea and offers a stunning, unobstructed view of the water. A bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) ensure that four people can feel completely at home. Free Wi-Fi, a parking space (marked: Schünemann 11), and a storage room for bicycles are available. For a fee, a washer and dryer can be used in the building’s basement. Pets are allowed upon request.

The newly built “Haus am Kliff,” constructed in the traditional seaside resort architectural style, is located directly on the steep cliffs overlooking the Baltic Sea, alongside the historic Villa Schering. The spacious property, featuring mature trees and a shared garden, offers plenty of room for play.
We are partners with UsedomRad. Rent a bike from us at the CSI office and explore the beautiful and diverse “Sun Island” of Usedom independently and flexibly. As a spa pass holder, you can also ride the buses of the Usedomer Bäderbahn (UBB) for free.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist der unglaublich schöne Ausblick aufs Meer. Besser gehts fast nicht. Außerdem waren die Betten wirklich außergewöhnlich gut.
Etwas schwierig war es mit dem W-lan und dem Handyempfang.
Insgesamt tolle Wohnung, sehr zu empfehlen.

Der Kontakt zu Herrn schuldt war excellent. Sehr freundlich. Buchung hat super geklappt.
Ferienwohnung entsprach absolut unseren Erwartungen. Sauber, alles da, was man braucht, einfach toll. Und dann noch dieser Ausblick auf die Ostsee. Unbezahlbar.
Wir kommen wieder.
