The apartments at "Villa Elbflorenz" feature top-quality construction and finishes. Most bathrooms are equipped with both a bathtub and a shower. The larger apartment layouts feature double vanities and separate restrooms. Electric floor heating and a radiant heater above the sink provide cozy warmth in the bathroom even outside the heating season. Elegant porcelain tile on the walls and floors completes the look of the bathrooms.
The living areas are mostly finished with porcelain tile, while the bedrooms feature laminate flooring. All apartments feature one or more balconies or terraces. Parking spaces are located on the property, and bicycle storage, as well as coin-operated washers and dryers, are available in the basement of the new Elbflorenz villa. In addition, a private sauna (also located in the basement of the new building), featuring a waterfall shower and a cozy relaxation room with background music of your choice, invites you to unwind.
