About this apartment rental
This exclusive vacation rental is located in a park-like resort (approx. 5,000 m²) on the grounds of the Ostseepark, right on the beach promenade in Heringsdorf.
The living room, which includes a kitchen, is equipped with a TV and DVD player. In addition, the couch can be converted into a sleeper sofa, providing sleeping space for up to two additional guests. The kitchen is generously equipped (including a dishwasher). From the sunroom, you have a direct view of the park and the beach promenade (the park provides privacy from the beach promenade). The apartment also features a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
You can use the building’s Wi-Fi free of charge. You can park your car right next to the building. A lockable bike storage room is available. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is located in the building and can be used for a fee.
As a special highlight, the swimming pool and sauna in the neighboring building are available for shared use at no charge—with the exception of the annual closure period from November 6 to March 20.

Eine gemütliche Ferienwohnung zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Check in kurz, problemlos und sehr nett. Schöne Wohnung für zwei Personen genau richtig, zentral gelegen. Einzig die Matratzen sind furchtbar, gegen hart ist nichts einzuwenden, aber leider waren sie schon sehr durchgelegen mit Kuhle in der Mitte.
