Everything was ok, except for the blonde lady in the front desk, despite I indicated to do the cleaning of the whole room, she did not care. I left the key as instructions indicated, she understood what I wanted it and for some reason, she did not care, in two days I did not got the cleaning, I stayed for 4 nights. During the other two day I did got the cleaning because was other person at the front desk.
It really disappointed that for one person, I was disappointed and frustrated with my stay

We loved our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the bed and the room in comparison with other hotels we stayed at! Staff were kind and helpful. Location was incredible and walking to all sorts of attractions was very easy. Would stay again!

As a family of four with two children we had more than enough space in the four twin bedroom. We were able to push two beds together which was nice. The place was clean and the staff were always available and very kind and friendly. Gion neighborhood is so beautiful and easy to get around by foot. The food is quite expensive and many restaurants wanted reservations. We were able to find places to walk in and enjoy with our kids. We loved being so close to the Yasaka Shrine and nighttime walking is a must.
