Our family stayed at Sakara Kyoto quite a few years back when we first visited Japan. The next generation came along this trip with their babies and we once again could not have received a warmer welcome from Yuko and Mike.
We loved:
* The Location. A beautiful part of Kyoto and perfect to visit shrines and temples in the area. If you are happy to walk, it's within walking distance to the centre of Kyoto.
* It is located in a shopping area that runs off a main street, that feels anything but main. It's a really peaceful area.
* Close to subway, shops and restaurants.
* They have full beds, not futons, which as an older westerner was something that I needed.
* Very comfortable accommodation that has everything you need while away from home.
Nothing to report.

* Great location.
* Perfect for families.
* Close to everything, or within walking distance, e.g. Shrines, Temples, restaurants, subway.
This was the first time bringing my own family back to Japan after staying here with my family as a teenager. Sakura Kyoto ticked all the boxes for me.
Nothing to report.

设施一应俱全，地理位置优越可以直接走到二三年板，房间装修很有特色，房东很热情友善，给我们很多帮助
床铺卫生似乎不太到位，我和同伴睡完身上都不同程度出现瘙痒
