This gorgeous vacation rental, with a beautiful view of the countryside, is located in the penthouse of a very attractive new building (2014) in a quiet part of Grömitz. The beach and the Baltic Sea are only about 1,000 meters away, and the lively Grömitz promenade—with its diverse selection of restaurants, cafés, beach bars, and lovely shops—is a 12- to 15-minute walk away.

The centerpiece of the apartment is the spacious living area, which is furnished with a corner sofa and a recliner with an ottoman and offers a beautiful view of the golf course. The balcony off the living/dining room faces west. Here, you can enjoy the sun from noon until sunset in the evening. The dining area, connected to the open, fully equipped kitchen featuring a steam oven and microwave, offers plenty of space. The bedrooms feature one double bed (2 x 80x200 cm) and one double bed (2 x 90x200 cm), a large closet with ample storage space for your vacation wardrobe, and an east-facing balcony—equipped with patio furniture—so you can enjoy your first cup of coffee there in the morning sun. The east-facing balcony is accessible from both bedrooms. From both the west and east balconies, you’ll enjoy spectacular views of nature and the golf course. The natural-light bathroom is high-quality and modern and features a floor-to-ceiling, walk-in Raindance shower. The guest restroom is also equipped with a washer and dryer.
