A vacation on the golf course surrounded by beautiful nature and tranquility.
This spacious 3-room ground-floor apartment with a terrace and separate exterior entrance is located right on the golf course in Grömitz. The former hotel complex is just the right place for families or couples to enjoy a vacation in peaceful, green surroundings.
The complex is located on a dead-end street right next to the golf course. From the parking lot, you might even spot a llama, as an outdoor enclosure from the Grömitz Zoo is right next door.
If you walk south, however, the first shopping options are just 700 meters away. Just another 700 meters further, and you’ll find yourself in the town center and at the beach.
The apartment is located at the rear of the former Golfresidenz hotel complex, facing away from the parking lots, with a separate entrance distinct from the main entrance. Access is via a small staircase leading up from the terrace. The living/bedroom area of the approximately 90-square-meter apartment measures 37 square meters. The rear section of this spacious room is
completely separated by a blackout curtain. The double bed in the sleeping area measures 2.00 x 2.00 m and consists of two single mattresses (1 x 2 m). In addition, the connecting room features two single beds measuring 0.90 x 2.00 m, one of which is a box-spring bed at a height suitable for seniors. The second bedroom features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m with twin mattresses measuring 0.90 x 2 m). It includes a full bathroom with a bathtub as an en suite bathroom. The bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains.
The living room and the master bedroom each have a flat-screen TV. Comfortable, adjustable armchairs, a sofa, and a spacious dining area are provided. Additionally, a new shower room/restroom and a new separate kitchen were retrofitted and installed in 2024. There is a separate 2.5-square-meter storage room for luggage and cleaning supplies.
Bicycles can be locked up in the ground-level bike storage room in the neighboring building A.
The apartment naturally includes two marked parking spaces in the reserved section of the golf course parking lot next to the building.

2. Parking space number 135 right next to it.
The complex’s heated swimming pool can be used free of charge via the main entrance. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available for general use, as is the coin-operated sauna.
The swimming pool and sauna are not part of the lease agreement and therefore do not constitute grounds for a rent reduction in the event of another closure of the swimming pool and sauna mandated by law, e.g., due to COVID-19 or similar circumstances; the same applies in the event of a technical malfunction.
Please understand that this is a non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted on the spacious terrace.
