A gem, beautiful and a little it feels like staying with a family that outgrew its Palazzo 😍 The whole piazza feels like a natural neighborhood and for exploring Biennale it was absolutely great. Lovely team and really good breakfast 😋
We had asked for a room less noisy, which apparently was not possible. Its just the front door close though.

Location is optimal in terms of closeness to St. Mark's Square, with easy access to boat/bus station. Beautiful historic building (on the outside and inside) and very nice and quiet adjacent square (with church where Antonio Vivaldi was baptised). Large comfortable room. Very friendly staff and good though basic breakfast.
There was absolutely nothing to dislike
