Stefano arranged transportation from our ship in Chioggia to a water taxi in Venice directly to our hotel at less cost than with ship arranged transfer. Communications were excellent through email. They answered all questions expeditiously. Exceptional service. Same for transport via water taxi to airport.

A wonderful hotel in an absolutely beautiful location! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfasts are simply delicious — far beyond the typical Italian breakfast, with a great variety of options. Everything about our stay was excellent. We truly enjoyed every moment!

Location was perfect for the Biennale.
Not the hotels fault, but a cruise ship blocked our view of the lagoon for most of our stay.

The location as it’s close to the vapareti stop.
The price is not worth what you get. They will give you water on the 1st day then nothing after that, a bit shocking as they are rated as a four star hotel. The breakfast was absolutely pathetic, we asked for vegan options when booking the hotel and the only thing that was vegan was the fruit. They could not care less even though we wrote to them before about it and also requested oat milk. They said that they would make sure they would cater for us but did not. The cutlery was often really dirty with bits of old food stuck on it. The labels on the food were wrong, they would say something is vegetarian but then there would be meat/ ham in it. This was not great at all. Overall only book as a last resort, avoid if possible.
