The location and bathroom were great. It was clean and serviced each day well. Beautiful views of the canal from our room too. Reception staff wore fantastic and friendly. They even arranged for a Taxi Boat and small tour to Murano completely free and it was amazing. thank you
The restaurant service was terrible I waited over 45mins for a meal and gave up in the end. Then they had the cheek to charge me for the drink I had. Real shame as the hotel reception staff were great and helpful but restaurant staff were rude and unhelpful.

Proximity to San Zaccaria vaporetto stop. Very powerful air conditioning.
We were expecting a 4* hotel and thought that’s why we paid £1300 for 4 nights. The official photos are very flattering suggesting space. We noticed that current prices are around 50% less. We’ve never encountered such large price changes before.
Things weren’t as expected. Disappointing but we appreciate Venice is expensive and old buildings can be cramped. We wouldn’t have chosen this hotel and paid what we did had we known.

"The hotel is in a great location, and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. We had an early start, and they kindly prepared breakfast for us ahead of time."
