The staff were absolutely amazing! Especially Sezai. He was so helpful and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and happy. All the staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout my five-day stay.
Although the first room I was shown was very disappointing, I was grateful they offered me another room, which was much better.
The staff were definitely the highlight of my stay. Their kindness and excellent customer service made a real difference. Without them, my experience would have been far less enjoyable. T
Unfortunately, the hotel itself was disappointing and is in serious need of refurbishment.
One of my biggest frustrations was discovering that I had to leave the hotel and walk to another property for my meals. This was particularly inconvenient because it was pouring with rain during my stay. While I understand that the hotel cannot control the weather, I strongly believe this arrangement should have been clearly stated on the website before booking.
The first room I was shown was awful, although I was eventually offered a much better room.
The televisions are extremely outdated, and the TV in my room did not work throughout my entire five-day stay. Had it been a smart TV, I could at least have watched programmes online.
The building needs maintenance, and the furniture is outdated and should be replaced.
Overall, the hotel needs significant improvements to its facilities and accommodation. The excellent staff deserve to be working in an environment that matches the quality of service they provide.

From the very first day, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness by Yagiz, who made our check-in smooth and stress-free. Thank you for taking the time to explain everything, helping us with all the necessary information, and even setting up our eSIM. Your kindness immediately made us feel at home.
A special thank you also goes to Murat, Hasbollah and Asad for your daily assistance throughout our stay. We are especially sorry for constantly bothering you for our room keys at all hours of the day and night! Yet every single time, you greeted us with a smile, patience, and genuine willingness to help. We truly appreciate your kindness.
We would also like to thank the wonderful cafeteria team. Every morning we watched you running back and forth, working tirelessly to serve everyone during the busy breakfast hours. Your hard work, efficiency, and cheerful attitude did not go unnoticed.
