We had a lovely stay and the staff were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly helpful both before our arrival and throughout our stay, responding promptly to all our messages and queries.
They arranged our airport transfers for both our arrival and departure, which made everything so much easier. When we had an issue with the shower door, they came to our assistance immediately and resolved it very quickly. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they were always happy to answer any questions we had.
The staff really made us feel looked after, and their helpfulness and responsiveness made our stay all the more enjoyable. Thank you for such a warm welcome and excellent service!

Perfect location. Easy to get to all the sights of Istanbul and lots of restaurants and bars in the vicinity. An art focused hotel which was delightful. Roof terrace with good view. Spacious room with great coffee machine and toiletries. Small balcony but at.least access for some.fresh air. Our room was on the side so very quiet. Decent breakfast. Small bar in reception. Delightful staff... nothing was too much trouble.
Unfortunately due to inclement weather the rooftop bar was closed. We had planned to use it for.light meals and drinks after a day sightseeing but as it was.closed there was no alternative.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, and the breakfast in the morning is exceptional and feels very exclusive. The entire hotel has been beautifully designed and renovated with great attention to detail, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive.
We can highly recommend this hotel – everything was simply perfect. An absolutely wonderful place to stay!
