There are plenty of newer, more expensive signature hotels in Istanbul, but none has the inherent class and style of this historic Old Lady. The staff are all very efficient and friendly, and clearly work extremely hard to maintain levels of service. Front Desk was very helpful. The room and breakfast were both excellent. The latter was not the cheapest but a great choice and diversity of food, and taken in the Agatha Christie Restaurant!
No dislikes. The street directly opposite the front and to the left are full of major construction works, however the noise did not encroach past our balcony.

Beautiful old world charm with all the creature comforts.

The hotel is a boutique property with an old-fashioned character, and the facilities on the ground floor are good.
Unfortunately, the rooms are very small, and the bathrooms are also noticeably cramped.
The shower area is extremely uncomfortable, consisting of a small, unstable bathtub with very poor drainage, making showering an unpleasant experience. Additionally, there is a glass partition between the bathroom and the bedroom, offering almost no privacy when sharing the room with someone else.
