Very nice building, beautiful furniture. The bunk bed was fantastic for our kids. The location was good too, with a view of the park, 5 minutes walk to the tram station.

Beautiful and comfortable accommodation. We were in the attic suite and the views over the park from the table were wonderful. We loved the location, Leith is great and the tram is very handy!
We found the stairs fine and quite enjoyed the walk through the grand house, but I wouldn't book it if you have mobility issues!

An amazing stay. So much detail ensuring comfort while staying in the quaint suburb of Leith.The goodies left by the host were amazing. The entire stay was so good. Even the QR codes on how to work the appliances. Brilliant .Nice lines nice towels nice toiletries. So many extras that were noticed and appreciated.We were able to check in early.
